Joining a mindfulness group is a great way to learn and practise mindfulness techniques, allowing you to share experiences and support with the other members of your group as you learn.

Our seasonal workshops are usually held at the studio in Whins of Milton, Stirling. Open to all experiences, our workshops focus on teaching themes in mindfulness and compassion. Our workshops regularly include yoga practice with our associate yoga instructor Kirsty Duncan, an extended group mindfulness practice with Louise and wonderfully tasty, nutritious homemade lunch to enjoy together with group discussion and sometimes, weather permitting some outside mindfulness work. These more integrative workshops are held seasonally.
