Based in her cosy cottage in Whins of Milton near Stirling, Louise Cullen set-up Tranceform in 2016 to provide mindfulness coaching in a nurturing, creative and inspiring atmosphere. Louise Cullen Pg Dip. Assoc. CIPD. Mindfulness Coach
One of the founding members of Tranceform, Louise now runs the business from her base in Stirling. A human first and foremost, she wants to share her knowledge and love for mindfulness with others. Louise believes in bringing mindfulness into everyday life in a real, practical way that works with your lifestyle. This means it is accessible to everyone.
Following an intrigue in working in a different way, she partook in a 10 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course at the University of Strathclyde. This life changing course has had a direct impact on her wellbeing, family and friends. Louise trained as a Meditation Facilitator with the University of Strathclyde where they offer a mindfulness meditation practice each day for staff and students. She also completed the Mindfulness Foundation Qualification and Mindfulness Certificate Qualification from the Mindfulness Association which took place at Samye Ling Tibetan Centre in Dumfries and Galloway. She is a current member of the Mindfulness Association and the CIPD.
Louise has developed her own eight session coaching programme and carries out 1-2-1 coaching and practice either one off or over 8 sessions. There are regular 8 week programmes and workshops taking place too. Louise has also recently worked with some wonderful corporate clients including Creative Scotland, Anderson Strathern, Prudential, The National Galleries of Scotland, The Smith Art Gallery and Museum, Brown Forman, CIPD, Kained Holdings and Moet Hennessy. Louise has a postgraduate diploma in HR Management and is currently developing further programmes in Mindfulness which will be available soon.
Married to Andrew, stepmum to Mimi and mummy to Harris and Indie. She also has two small black hairy dogs, George and Coco.

Yoga has been part of Kirsty's life since the 90s and having made the decision to learn to teach in 2015 she has not looked back. Sharing the joy of movement and freedom of the breath is a passion she can't wait to share with you all, no matter how active your lifestyle is. She reminds us that Yoga has something to show us all. Jess Vant resident blogger and lifestyle advocate
Jess joins us as a digital creator and resident blog writer. Working in communications and engagement since 2017, Jess is passionate about using communications to connect communities, impact social change and support small businesses. A keen trail runner, yoga enthusiast and mindfulness student; Jess writes articles for Tranceform about how to use tried and tested mindful practices in the real world.
She lives with her partner Tom and their two lovable rescued stray dogs, Caesar and Ed, at the foot of the Ochils.

The Studio
We aim to provide a welcoming, supportive and nourishing environment to allow you the peace, time and safety to explore your own thoughts. The cottage is situated beside a waterfall, the Bannockburn Falls, and is secluded and private surrounded by natural woodland. Our studio is a great space for around 8 group participants as well as being a cosy space for 1-2-1 clients. We'll have a cup of tea and a comfy cushion waiting for you.
