"I booked the 1-2-1, 8 week mindfulness programme, which Louise runs from her amazing studio. I was looking for something that would help me to gain a sense of calm, something that would help me to focus the mind when thoughts and emotions started to over take and distract me from the important things in your life. I had read a little bit about mindfulness and the benefits that can be achieved from meditation. Louise was amazing and made me feel totally at ease as she introduced me to the practice of mindfulness and meditation. I can’t rate louise at tranceform more highly, the whole course was amazing and has given me the tools to help live a more peaceful, happy life."
