Through training and practice in mindfulness meditation, you can bring Mindfulness to every day life allowing you to live a life peacefully, minimising depression, anxiety and find sleep easier. These, very practical workshops and coaching, can ensure that you understand your own mind and are able to cope with life as it happens.

Mindfulness Meditation Individual Coaching Sessions
A one to one focused, tailored 8-session programme of Mindfulness meditation practices and coaching. The programme, developed by Louise gives you the opportunity to get to know your own mind and self. These are your sessions to share, to talk, to understand and to find some balance. Louise provides a safe, supportive session for you to do this. Holding the space for you to work through whatever is required. Each session is one hour long and there is a progression to the teaching. This service is provided by Louise Cullen at the studio in Stirling or now online.
