Louise Cullen Pg Dip. Assoc. CIPD.
One of the finding members of Tranceform, Louise now runs the business from her base in Stirling. A human first and foremost, she wants to share her knowledge and love for mindfulness with others. Louise believes in bringing mindfulness into everyday life in a real, practical way which everyone can have a go at.
Following a change of career path she partook in a 10 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course at the University of Strathclyde. This life changing course has had a direct impact on her wellbeing, family and friends. Louise trained as a Meditation Facilitator with the University of Strathclyde where they offer a mindfulness meditation practice each day for staff and students. She also completed the Mindfulness Foundation Qualification and Mindfulness Certificate Qualification from the Mindfulness Association which took place at Samye Ling Tibetan Centre in Dumfries and Galloway. She is a current member of the Mindfulness Association and the CIPD.
Louise has developed her own eight session coaching programme and carries out 1-2-1 coaching and practice as well as running regular 6 and 8 week programmes and workshops. Louise also works with corporate clients including Creative Scotland, Anderson Strathern, Brown Forman, CIPD, Kained Holdings and Moet Hennessy. Louise also has a postgraduate diploma in HR Management and is currently developing a yoga practice which incorporates mindfulness and movement.
Married to Andrew, stepmum to Mimi and mummy to Harris. She also has two small black hairy dogs, George and Coco.

Kirsty Ann Duncan - Yoga Instructor
Kirsty joined us in 2019 sharing her amazing yoga practices. Now a firm favourite at our seasonal workshops. Yoga has been part of Kirsty's life since the 90s and having made the decision to learn to teach in 2015 she has not looked back. Sharing the joy of movement and freedom of the breath is a passion she can't wait to share with you all, no matter how active your lifestyle is. She reminds us that Yoga has something to show us all.

Jess Vant - Digital Creator
Jess joins us as our digital creator and resident blog writer. Working in communications and engagement since 2017, Jess is passionate about using communications to connect communities, impact social change and support small businesses. A keen trail runner, yoga enthusiast and mindfulness student; Jess writes articles for Tranceform about how to use tried and tested mindful practices in the real world.
The Studio at Whins of Milton
We aim to provide a welcoming, supportive, nourishing environment to allow you the peace, time and safety to explore your own thoughts. The house is situated beside a waterfall, the Bannockburn Falls and is secluded and private. The room is a great space for around 10 participants as well as being a cosy space for 1-2-1 clients.
